PURA has entered into a Redevelopment and Reimbursement Agreement with Developers to build a 98-unit multi-family project in Pueblo, Colorado.  PURA will reimburse the developer for the following public improvements:

• Environmental and site engineering
• Demolition of existing conditions
• Site utilities
• Elevators and fire suppression
• Paving
• Mechanical systems
