Project Highlights:

Residential Infill Project (708 E. 2nd)

Project Highlights:

Through a tax lien sale, PURA acquired one vacant lot located mid-city block. To begin revitalization of the neighborhood, PURA partnered with NeighborWorks Southern Colorado and IndieDwell to install a 960 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 2 bath container home.
