The Dillon Plan was adopted to encourage renewal throughout the boundaries of this area by attracting additional investment and redevelopment. The goals of the plan will utilize TIF to assist with the funding of infrastructure and facilities that will help advance the remediation and revitalization goals of this area, and to help attract new commercial investments and development.

Dillon Mixed Use Project
PURA has entered into a reimbursement program with the developers to facilitate the construction of an 80,600 sq. ft. commercial mixed-use project. This development consists of a medical office, two convenience stores, a tire and auto shop, quick service retail ,coffee kiosk, a grocer and two freestanding retail buildings.
