The Plan: 2006-2031

The goal of the South Santa Fe plan is to provide a connection to and complement the redevelopment of the Downtown Expanded Urban Renewal Project and the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP).

Redevelopment and Reimbursement

PURA entered into an Agreement with the owners of the former Nuckolls Meat Packing Plant in the Grove neighborhood. This adaptive reuse project will create the connections necessary to Riverwalk amenities. Public improvements eligible through this agreement range from paving and concrete work to roofing.
